• Lead form submissions: First name, email address, phone number, and current exchange selection when you submit our lead capture form.
• Contact form: Name, email, subject, and message content when you contact us.
• Quiz responses: Your answers to our exchange matching quiz (current exchange, situation, trading frequency, portfolio size).

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, buttons clicked, quiz completion.
• Device data: Browser type, operating system, screen size, IP address.
• Referral data: UTM parameters, referring URL, traffic source identifiers (gclid, fbclid, ttclid).
• Cookies: Session cookies and optional analytics cookies (see Section 6).

3. Why we collect it

4. How we use it

Your phone number is collected to allow a follow-up consultation if requested. We do not sell it to third-party marketers.

Quiz answers are used solely to generate your recommendation and are stored in aggregated, anonymised form for product improvement.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Email delivery, analytics, and CRM tools that help us operate the service (e.g. Google Analytics, email providers). These providers are data processors under a data processing agreement.
• Referral partners: If you click through to an exchange via our site, that exchange will receive your visit. We do not pass your name, email, or phone number to exchanges.
• Legal requirements: Where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

You can opt out of analytics and marketing cookies by using a browser extension such as uBlock Origin or by configuring your browser settings. Opting out of essential session cookies will break core site functionality.

Lead form submissions are retained for up to 24 months or until you request deletion. Contact form messages are retained for 12 months. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be kept indefinitely.
